Terms & conditions
Unless an individual agreement setting out an exception is concluded, payment is to be made at the following rates:
Standard hourly rate (ex. VAT):
- €125 for trainees
- €150-175 for associates
- €180-250 for partners
Amounts may be increased by a factor of 1.5 to 2 in cases of urgency (e.g. summary proceedings) and/or high complexity/specialisation.
Subject to actual charging for services rendered, a flat rate of 5 minutes for an outgoing letter/email/fax and 3 minutes for an incoming letter/email/fax will be charged.
Office expenses:
- Case creation, closure and archiving:
- Flat rate: €150
- Typing, postage and office organisation:
- Flat rate surcharge of 15% on the hourly rate
or
- Typing: €10 per typed sheet (conclusion, letter, e-mail, fax).
- Postage is charged at actual cost.
Travel:
- Travel costs: €0.5/km
Third-party costs:
- Third-party costs are in principle always settled directly.
