Glenn has been practising business law since 2007, with a particular focus on distribution law, intellectual property, image rights and ICT law, as well as company law, including M&A. In addition, he regularly handles cases relating to real estate, including sale, construction contracts, co-ownership and (residential and commercial) lease.
In this respect, he advises various reputable fashion distributors and tech companies, and is also active in the sports sector.
Glenn focuses primarily on clear agreements and hands-on legal advice, but he also supports his clients during legal proceedings and during mediation.
In March 2022, together with co-author Marjolein Driessen, he won the prestigious Wim Mak Award for the article “IE-rechtelijke (s)portretten” on image rights in the sports sector.
