Gianni obtained his Master of Law degree from the Catholic University Leuven in 2016. Given his particular interest, he subsequently undertook an additional Master’s degree in company law, which he successfully completed in 2017.
Gianni has been a member of the Antwerp Bar since 2017. He advises and assists clients on a wide range of aspects of business law, with a particular focus on company law, distribution law and commercial law. In addition, he has extensive experience in real estate, assisting clients in cases involving sales, construction contracts, co-ownership, and residential and commercial leases.
He is known for his clear, goal-oriented approach, always with an eye for detail. He thinks proactively alongside his clients and translates complex legal issues into practical and workable solutions. In doing so, he assists clients both with clear legal advice and with a decisive approach in proceedings.
